Project Co-ordination

Lynwoods is closing out an exceptionally busy 2018 with another remarkable project co-ordination scheme in Liverpool. Delivering the conversion and refurbishment of a traditional workshop to 11no. modern self-contained student apartments, Lynwoods is delighted to have been selected for the project by an overseas developer investing in the UK. After many months of preparatory work, boots on the ground are due in early December 2018 and we’ll be posting regular updates as things progress; including insight into Building Control matters, health and safety and how to tackle Japanese Knotweed on old development sites.
