Lynwoods has been retained and appointed by a leading food retailer to advise on party wall and boundary matters on a number of petrol station and convenience store developments in the North of England. We’ve been in Wakefield, Bacup and Darlington recently helping the developer and their advisers on how to meet their statutory obligations.

Initial notifications due on this Wakefield site in a few weeks, with building work scheduled to commence in early 2021.
