Swan Women’s Centre Charity Clean-Up Day

On Sunday 9th October 2016 as part of our up-coming refurbishment programme of the former Litherland Library, Bootle, we organised a charity clean-up day to blitz the weeds, litter and years of junk that had accumulated around the exterior of the building. In a single day we managed to completely transform the outside of the building. A truly Herculean task was made easy by the big hearts of those who kindly gave up their Sunday’s and their graft for the cause. We would like to thank everybody again who responded to our call:

– Joanna Estlin

– David Ellis

– Luke Moore

– Simon Maddison

– Thom Morecroft

– Terri-Anne Baker

– Abbey Albahaithre

– Lyndsey Mac

– Thomas Benson

– Karen Christie

– Tom Christie

– Mark Tidmarsh

We are looking forward to celebrating the opening of the new Swan Women’s Centre in the building in the next few months and will update with news as we go.
